Due to the digital nature of this product, it cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled or refunded. Please read the agreement carefully and ask any questions before you buy.

By purchasing this license, you are agreeing to the terms listed.

This license is for one (1) digital product purchased on OT Template and Design shop. If you buy several products, you will need to buy several licenses.

⭐LICENSE AGREEMENT⭐

This one-seat license gives you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the digital product following the license terms commercially up to 1000 end-products.

This is a multi-use license meaning that you can use it for more than one end-product. For example, 400 copies of calendars for one end-product and 600 copies of pillowcases for another end-product. onYva TECH and OT Template and Design retains all rights, title, interest, ownership, copyrights and intellectual rights. onYva TECH reserves the right to revoke the license for any breach of the terms outlined in this license.

With the Limited Commercial Use License, you can:
✅Create up to 1000 physical or digital copies of end-products;
✅Have more than one end-product; but combined sales/production cannot exceed 1000 copies.

Your end-product:
✅May be physical or digital
✅Must be considerably different from the original digital file. All incorporated elements must be flattened into its own design.
✅May not allow extraction of the original digital file in anyway
✅Must NOT compete with the original digital file. You cannot cut, crop, resize, re-color, re-format the original digital file and re-sell, distribute, share, sub-license it as your own.

⭐RESTRICTIONS⭐

With the Limited Commercial Use License you cannot:

❌Sub-license, distribute, share, sell, gift, provide access to, giveaway (even for free) the digital product as-is
❌Trademark or service mark the digital product
❌Use the digital product in a logo
❌Make public or share the digital product in any way that allows others to download, extract, share or redistribute
❌Claim authorship and/or ownership of OT Template Design’s products

⭐HOW IT WORKS:⭐

👉When you purchase this Limited Commercial Use License, include your name, business name if any,  and for which digital product you are licensing
👉 No physical or digital items will be sent to you. The receipt of purchase confirms the license rights;
👉Please note that there are no digital products included with this purchase, all digital products must be purchased separately - this is only a license for commercial use.
